This piece was a yearlong painting journey. I would paint every month using the energy and inspiration of the full moon. I would start by coding the canvas on the back and the front with symbols, it was like a language I was channelling. The first layer of paint was creating the cosmos, circles that represent the moons and the cycles. I added the cluster of stars that were showing the night that I was born of stardust. I continued to create a field of colour painting with hands, activating symbols of love, mind and consciousness. I created a quantum connection with colourful painted thread that weaves through all that I had created so far.
This became a love poem to the universe. Hands again painting on canvas, creating a cellular code with finger prints. Then came me - the emergence of the self, cracking the code of living uniquely in this self-contained existence. The image showing me ready to launch myself into the cosmos and all the possibilities that lay ahead, creating my unique imprint wherever I go.
