I did a touch drawing session during a full moon. I wanted to embrace the energy of that full moon and see what the inside of me wants to be creatively expressed. I did a series of 15 images on tissue paper using oil paints. Each image I give a title and create a story from it.
I chose the images that want to come together and become this piece. I enhanced them with acrylic paint and collaged them onto canvas, using full or elements of the images. Another story emerges - one side, showing me being fully connected to earth, grounded. Connecting to earth slows down my negative thoughts. The other side shows all that’s in my head, disconnected. The middle images, are the wisdom and flow I tap into when I’m grounded.
