My Mind

This piece was inspired by two images on tissue paper titled ‘One Dream’ and ‘Flow’ from a Touch Drawing session I did. So many times, I get completely overtaken by my mind that I forget to ground myself. 

I add the tissue paper to the canvas combining images. Both creating a powerful story - I am a creative being with a mind that never stops. I also overanalyse everything, then I get stuck in this negative loop, sometimes unable to get out my head. This is why grounding is so important for me, to bring myself back to present.
